1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheese (any kind)
3 T. sugar
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, bell pepper, and butter in microwave for three minutes. Combine all ingredients, mixing by hand. Bake in a greased 2-qt. casserole dish at 350 for 45 minutes

This recipe can easily be doubled.
