Ingredients:  
1 package of Taboli wheat - found in fresh produce section of grocery store
1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
3 teaspoons salt
1 to 2 teaspoons pepper
1 small bunch parsley
6 green onions, cut, including some of green part
2-3 tomatoes
1 large cucumber, cut in bite-size chunks

Mix together and let set a few hours in fridge before serving.

This is one of my favorite salads even though very few in the family like it. The recipe was given to me by Debbie Lea, a co-worker at Moore Norman Technology Center who brought it to pot-luck lunches just because I requested it.
