Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was the Christmas salad that was always there when I was a little girl. The original recipe states to "grind" one package of raw cranberries. This referred to a meat grinder that clamped to the side of the counter. With one hand you turned the handle and cupped your hand in the opening to catch the ground cranberries as they came out. Today we have food processors!
