2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. quick oats
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and oil. Add dry ingredients, whisk just until moistened. Lightly oil griddle, heat over medium heat. Using 2 to 3 T. for each pancake, drop batter on griddle and cook until a few bubbles have burst, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until browned on undersides, 1 to 2 minutes more. Repeat.
