Any type of green beans.
String and hang them to dry
Dry on a white sheet in the sun.
Rain: Put them on cookie sheets in the oven on warm, dry till they rattle.
Store: in gallon glass jars.
Store: in freezer in freezer bags.
Directions:
Directions:
Cooking: Add beans to water & soda, bring this to a boiling point. Let them set for a few minutes before emptying the water off.
Add clean water,salt and meat (salt bacon,ham) and cook till tender.
