2 cups baking mix ( Bisquick) 1 cup milk 2 T oil 2 eggs 1/3 cup toffee chips, chocolate covered 1 T grated orange peel
Heat griddle or skillet and grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk, oil and eggs with wire wisk until blended. Fold in toffee chips and orange peel. Poor batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden brown.
Very rich! A big hit if guests are staying for breakfast!
