2 Tbsp. butter
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cups buttermilk
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (22 oz) pkg. frozen mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat; add garlic, and saute for 1 minute.
2. Add buttermilk and next 3 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes for until thoroughly heated.
3. Stir in potatoes until smooth.
