1 c. flour
3/4 c margarine, softened
1/2 c nuts

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar

1 small box chocolate pudding
1 small box vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix crust ingredients together and press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Let cool. Beat filling ingredients together and spread over cooled crust. Whip topping ingredients together and pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
