1 jar spaghetti sauce or 3-4 c. homemade sauce
1 (16 oz. ) pkg corkscrew pasta
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Prepare spaghetti sauce as directed. Meanwhile, in 8 quart pot, prepare pasta as label directs and drain. Set aside. Over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until well-browned, about 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Remove pot from heat, stir in cottage, cheese, next 5 ingredients and 1/2 of spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Add pasta and toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into 9x13 dish and pour remaining sauce over mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
