4 chicken breasts cut into strips
1/2 c. corn starch
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt

3/4 c. sugar
4 T. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn starch and garlic salt. Dip chicken in milk and then in corn starch mixture. Brown in frying pan with 1-2 T. olive oil. Whisk remaining ingredients for sauce together. Place browned chicken in 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 325 for about 40 minutes. Turn chicken over after 20 minutes. (You can double sauce if you like more for rice.) Serve with steamed rice.
