2 cans of tuna, drained
1 egg
pepper 1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers, finely crushed
Oil for cooking

Mix all ingredients except oil. Use your hands to mix well and form into 4 patties. Heat oil in frying pan and add patties. Brown on both sides and cook until firm.
