2 c. fresh berries- raspberries, blueberries or blackberries
1 16.5 oz. tube refrigerator cookie dough
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. finely shredded lemon peel
1/2 t. vanilla
2 t. sugar
1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
powdered sugar

Cut cookie dough into 1/2" slices, then press into 11" tart pan with removable bottom. Bake 350 for 20 min. or until light brown--do not prick. Remove and set aside. In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on high for 30 seconds. Add 1/4 c. sugar, egg, lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until combined. Pour cheese mixture over warm crust evenly. Place 2 c. raspberries in single layer on top. Sprinkle with 2 t. sugar. Bake 15-17 min. or until set. Transfer to wire rack. Let cool 30 min. before serving or store in refrigerator when cool. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
