• 1 loaf of soft white bread
• 1 – 2 cups of milk to moisten mixture thoroughly
• 3 eggs
• 1 -1 ½ cup of sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 bar of melted butter
• 1 tsp scooped high of baking powder
• PAM non-stick spray

Pre-heat oven to 350º. Tear apart bread into little pieces in a big bowl. Pour milk so as to NOT leave bread dry. Add 3 beaten eggs and sugar to bread. Pour in vanilla. Mix all of these ingredients well. Add bar of melted butter & mix in very well. Spray 13”x9” pan with PAM© . Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture into pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover for 15 more minutes to allow torta to brown on top. Serve hot or cold.
