4 oz grated swiss cheese 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon bits 1/2 - 2/3 cup chopped olives 1/4 cup finely sliced scallions or chives 1 tsp worchester sauce 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup mayo sliced small appetiser ryes or pumpernickle
Mix all the ingrediates toghther in a bowl. Put a slightly round scoop on each small rye. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 -15 minutes until cheese browns
