1 Pkg 18 1/4 oz yellow cake mix
1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple in own juice
3/4 c granulated sugar
2 boxes 3 1/2 ea instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c milk
1 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c flaked coconut

Directions:
In saucepan combine pineapple and 3/4 c sugar. Cook over medium heat until thick and syrupy. 20 minuets
Bake cake in 9 X 13 pan as directed on package then pierce at one inch spaces with fork.

Pour pineapple mixture over cake and cool completely.

In medium bowl mix pudding and milk until thick. Then spread over cake.

Beat cream , confectioner sugar and vanilla until thick. Spread over cake and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Toast coconut and sprinkle over cake.
