1 Chuck Roast (5-6 lb)
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans French Onion Soup
1 1/2 (12 oz.) cans beer
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook roast in 400º oven for 1 hour.
2. Move roast to large crockpot.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Stir, and cook on HIGH 4-5 hours, or until tender.
5 Or, cook on LOW overnight.
