1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (original diced tomatoes & green chilies - do not drain)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese slowly and combine with tomatoes. Serve warm with corn chips or tortilla chips. (Small crockpot works well for serving.)

Note: Instead of tomatoes, you can also use 1 can Hormel chili without beans and Velveeta cheese.
