4-6 boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
poppy seeds
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick melted butter, plus 2 tbsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in 2 tbsp. butter. Mix soup and sour cream together, pour in cooked chicken and mix. Pour mixture into a casserole dish of your choice and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
