Base:

1 cup butter
6 Tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
3 cups flour



Topping:

3 cups pecans
3/4 cup butter
7 Tbsp honey
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first five ingredients. Press into 10x15" pan. Prick with fork. Bake for 20 minutes. Spread pecans over shortbread. In heavy saucepan, melt butter and honey together. Add brown sugar and bring to boil, cooking until dark brown, about 5-7 minutes, whisking continuously. Remove from heat. Add cream immediately, mix and pour over pecans. Return shortbread to oven for 20 minutes.
