2 pie crusts
3 C. sliced peaches
1 C. sugar
3 T. flour
nutmeg
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie pan with crust. Mix sliced peaches with sugar, flour, and a pinch of nutmeg. Fill crust and dot with butter. Cover with top crust.
Sprinkle with sugar. Bake on bottom rack 10 minutes at 400, then about 40 minutes at 375 (until the filling bubbles and the top crust is nicely browned).
