3 or 4 tomatoes
1 meidum onion
1/2 c mayo
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pie crust
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
in preheated oven,bake pie Crust for 5 minutes on 425 for 5 minutes. Reduce the oven to 400 and take out pie crust.
Slice tomatoes on the bottom of pie crust. Slice onion on top. In separate bowl add mayo,cheese,salt,and pepper. Take this mixture and pat on the pie. Make sure you seal it good with mixture. Bake this for 35 minutes.
