3 onions
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. mixed spices
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground mustard
4 Qt. cooked tomatoes
3 c. sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp. red pepper
2 c. vinegar

Directions:

Boil all ingredients for 1 hour. Strain and return to fire. Add 3 tbsp. cornstarch moistened with vinegar. Boil 1/2 hour and seal in hot jars.
