8 oz. pkg egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. shortening (may not need)
1 can (1 lb. 11 oz.) tomatoes
1 can 8 oz. tomato puree
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to directions. Brown beef in shortening (may not need shortening). Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat slowly until bouillon cube is dissolved. Stir in noodles.
Pour into a greased 9x13 in. pan or baking dish. Cover with grated cheese. Bake in 350 oven for approximately 1 hour.
