3/4 cup sugar 1 cup margarine 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg 3 cups saskatoon berries
Mix first four ingredients as for pie crust. Remove 1 cup crumbs and set aside for topping. Add egg into main mixture. Mix. Pat into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with saskatoon berries. Sprinkle on 1 cup of crumbs and a little sugar if desired. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Works good with rhubarb and other fruits as well.
