Cake:

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp butter


Topping:

3 Tbsp melted margarine
5 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp cream
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until lemon colored. Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to egg mixture, mixing by hand until combined. Heat the milk and butter to boiling. Add all at once to first mixture, beating only until smooth. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes in 8x8" greased pan. Topping: Combine all ingredients in a pan until melted. Spread on top of baked cake and brown under broiler, watching carefully that it doesn't burn.
