"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
2 cups warm water 2 tsp sugar 2 Tbsp yeast 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp salt 5 cups flour 1 tsp each of oregano, garlic and basil
Knead dough until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place on pans and let rise another 10 minutes. Poke dough with fork to prevent bubbles. Bake 7-10 minutes in hot oven. Take out, put toppings on and put back in the oven.
