1 cup butter (salted) softened 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed) 1 egg 2 cups flour Pecan halves
Cream butter and sugar, blend in egg. Stir in flour. Chill 1 hour. Form into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork, top with a pecan half for decoration. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
