1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine


1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 tub of a large Cool Whip
2 cups milk
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix crust ingredients together and press into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Beat together cream cheese, icing sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Whip together milk and both pudding mixes. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Ice with remaining Cool Whip and shave chocolate over top to garnish. Refrigerate until served. Caramel or pistachio instant pudding may also be used. Make a day ahead.
