1/2 cup butter 1 egg beaten 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 Tbsp milk or cream 1/2 cup currants or raisins pre-made pastry tart shells
Mix ingredients together and place spoonfuls of the mixture in the prepared pastry tart shells, placed in muffin tins. Bake at 400º for 8 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º and bake until pastry is delicately browned.
