1 stewing chicken
1 medium head cabbage
4 carrots
1 medium onion
2 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1 tin of tomato soup
1 tsp salt
2 small bay leaves
1 small red chili
2 1/2 Tbsp chopped parsley
dash of pepper
5 peppercorns
sprig of dill
1/2 cup of cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (can use a beef bone or farmer sausage if desired) in 2 quarts of water for at least an hour and a half. Remove meat from water and cut up. Add more water as needed to make 2 quarts broth before adding vegetables. Add raw vegetables, tomato soup and seasonings. Cook until vegetables are done, the add the tomatoes. Bring just to a boil. Just before serving, add the cream if desired.
