1 medium orange peeled and finely chopped
3 Kiwifruit, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh pineapple or 8 oz crushed pineapple drained.
1/4 cup thinly chopped green onion
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow or green bell pepper
1 T. lemon or lime juice
1 cup finely chopped strawberries
1 chopped jalapeņo (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and chill 6 to 24 hours. If not serving within 6 hours do not add strawberries until right before serving to keep them from turning. Serve with Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps
