1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 lbs spare rib 2 cups water 1 small onion 1/2 cup vinegar 2/3 cup ketchup 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Brown ribs until golden brown. Put into a roaster or casserole dish. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and boil until thickened. Pour over ribs. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours or cook in slow cooker on low heat for 8-10 hours.
