Ingredients:  
1 pound chicken breast cut into bit sized chunks,
2 cans chicken broth
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
1 package (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables such as, broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red bell peppers.
5-8 oz. angel hair pasta,
3 T. soy sauce,
1/4 cup thickly sliced green onions

In skillet cook chicken. Add broth, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cover and boil on high about 5 minutes. Add pasta and vegetables cover and continue to boil till pasta has fully cooked. Add soy sauce and green onions boil an additional 5 minutes.
