1 1/2 pounds ground beef,
1 large onion, finely chopped,
2 T. chili powder,
salt and pepper,
1/2 cup ketchup,
1/4 cup yellow mustard,
1 1/2 cups beef stock,
1 pound elbow macaroni,
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni and strain.
In medium pot fry hamburger. Add onions and cook till tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add ketchup, mustard, chili powder and beef stock to pot and bring to a boil. Once thick and bubbly add macaroni and mix. Finally add cheddar cheese and mix until cheese has melted.
