500g mozzarella cheese, diced 500g cheddar cheese 500g ham, diced 1 lb bacon, cut in pieces 1 green pepper, cut in small pieces 4 stalks celery, cut in small pieces 1 medium onion chopped 2 cans tomato soup 1 can mushroom pieces, drained 1 tsp oregano 1 lb pepperoni, salami or cooked sausage, diced
Fry bacon and drain fat. Saute onion and green pepper in some of the bacon fat left in pan. Add other ingredients. Heat in pan until cheese melts and all ingredients are mixed. Spread 1-2 Tbsp of mixture on bun halves and broil in oven until bubbly and brown. Once mix is made, can be placed in a container and frozen. Can also use mix in meat buns or with a sandwich maker over an open fire.
