2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, mashed
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup brown or white sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup pineapple juice or 1 can crushed pineapple
marshmallows (any size, enough to cover top)

TOPPING:
1 cup (or more) pecans, chopped
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. add to greased casserole, top with marshmallows. Mix together topping and crumble over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
