Ingredients:  
1- 12 ounce package spinach fettuccine
2 T. olive oil
4 T. butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 whole chicken breasts, cubed.
4 cups grape tomatoes
1 teaspoon, salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 cup shredded cheese( Swiss or Monterey Jack)

Directions:
Directions:
While pasta is cooking, heat oil and 2 T. butter in skillet over high heat.  Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is golden. Turn down heat and add chicken. Cook until the chicken is white, about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Mix hot drained pasta with remaining butter. Add chicken mixture and toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
