1 lb hamburger 1 lg can tomato juice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg wide noodles 1 lb. colby cheese-cube 1 onion 1 green pepper (optional)
Cook noodles, drain. Cook hamburger and onion, drain. Mix all ingredients in a big mixing bowl. Put in 2 cake pans. Bake at 350º until bubbly hot, 25-45 minutes. If you only want to make 1 pan, cut ingredients in half except for hamburger. Serve with garlic bread.
