1 lb hamburger or sausage
1 tbsp or 2 flour
milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour on the meat. Stir and heat. After getting hot, slowly pour on milk (use how much you think you'll eat), stirring all the time, heat on high until it boils. Let simmer, till reaches desired thickness. Serve over bread. *You can use a can of cream of mushroom instead of the milk. Also, you can use 2lbs of meat.
