lemon-lime sherbet
1 package spreadable cream cheese
1 can sweetened, condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x5" loaf pan with foil. Spoon 2 cups lemon-lime sherbet into pan. To soften sherbet, microwave on medium 10-15 seconds. Freeze 10 minutes. Beat 1 package cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 can sweetened, condensed milk and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Stir in 1 tub thawed Cool Whip topping. Spread mixture over sherbet. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Cut into slices. Makes 10 servings.
