3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup oil
1 Tbsp milk
1-2 tsp almond extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first six ingredients until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Blend well. Spread evenly in ungreased 15x10" baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar. (You can color the sugar for variation.) Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool five minutes and cut into bars. These are very quick to make. Great for lunches.
