6 lbs. green tomatoes
6 lbs. ripe tomatoes
5 red bell pepper
4 green bell pepper
6 yellow onions
2 1/2 lbs. sugar (40 oz.)
1/2 cup salt
1 1/2 quarts apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Wash tomatoes and peppers, remove seeds. Run through food chopper. Put in a pot, add salt and let sit overnight. Drain and add sugar, vinegar and cinnamon. Boil then simmer for 1 hour. Mix turmeric, dry mustard and flour together, stir into mixture. Cook 15 minutes longer. Stir once more well. Pack into jars immediately and process. This is really good to eat with meatloaf.
