1/2 cup butter 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup sour cream 3 teaspoons vanilla.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat and cool. Add sour cream and vanilla to cooled mixture. Serve with fresh fruit like strawberries, apple slices, bananas, pineapple and fresh peaches.
