2 cups pinto beans
1 pound container of Antonio's Fresh Salsa
Salt to taste
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sort and wash beans soak over night if possible.

Place beans in heavy pot cover with 6 cups of water. Bring beans to a boil, lower to a rolling simmer cook until tender. (approximately 2-3 hours. Adding enough water to keep beans covered. Add salsa and salt to taste. Continue to cook for l5 minutes. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.

note: Soaked beans are a great crock pot food. Place in the crockpot in the morning. Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours. They will be tender and juicy for dinner.
