Ingredients:  
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/2 can milk
1 can Minute rice
1 1/2 cup chopped cooked broccoli
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup red peppers, cut up
1/2 cup carrots, cut up
1 1/2 cup cooked ham, cut up
4 cheese slices (or equivalent of your favorite cheese - cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, water, milk and rice. Add vegetables, cheese and ham. Season with salt, pepper, dried onion flakes and cayenne pepper. Mix to blend. Place in greased casserole dish. Cover and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
