6 oz cooked spaghetti
2 eggs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp salt


1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (opt)
1 cup canned tomatoes, cut up
1 can (5 1/2oz) tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Crust: To cooked spaghetti, add eggs, cheese and butter. Mix together. Shape into crust in greased 10" pie plate. Filling: Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust. Cook ground beef together with onion and green pepper until meat is done and onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients to beef and mix together except mozzarella cheese. Pour over cottage cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese (using more if desired). Bake until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve with a green salad and garlic toast.
