Salad
2-1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup almonds
Grated orange peel

Dressing:
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss salad ingredients in a bowl. Grate some orange peel over the top. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together well and pour over the spinach and strawberries. Toss so all ingredients have dressing on them.
