Directions:
Pour about 3 cups flour in medium bowl. Make hole in center. Mix eggs, milk & salt and pour mixture into flour. Mix from center going outward with fork until well moistened, then use hands. Make a pretty stiff ball. Take out of bowl, place on floured board and knead several times. Roll out, let stand a couple hours. With dough a little air dryed & well floured roll up, then cut into noodles. Cook in chicken broth, or beef broth until noodles are tender.

Bob Schultz commented, " I will always remember sneaking in the freezer and taking some home made noodles that mama made. They were the best ever."

Personal Notes:
We would ask grandma, each time we'd visit..."grandma, did you make any noodles?" Or...she'd be up, at the crack of dawn, after the day we arrived, rolling those noodles. If grandma made them the night before Bobby would sneak into the freezer during the middle of the night & eat frozen noodles!
