1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese (shredded)
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn
1/4 Cup Frozen Salad Shrimp
Scoops Corn Chips

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients, using a spoon, add to corn chips, and bake for 20 minutes

I always saute' the shrimp in butter for a minute even though they are fully cooked for flavor. Also try adding sliced jalapeños to chips before serving for an extra kick. You can also put sliced jalapeños in the bottom of the scoop before adding the mixture and bake.
