Directions:
Make white cake mix according to package directions. Take an orange and slice off the top one third. (Use as many oranges as needed.) Scoop out the orange leaving only a peel cup. Mix a small amount of orange pulp into the cake mix. Fill each of the oranges half full of batter. Set each orange on a square of foil and bring foil to top and seal loosely. Preheat BBQ to about 350. (Turn up to high to preheat then turn it down to medium to bake.) Set oranges on the top rack of BBQ and bake for about 20 minutes. Open one to see of they are done. Continue baking if needed. To serve, roll down foil, and put on a dollop of whipped cream. We also enjoy them over the campfire.
